Abstract: This document is the final report for the first phase of a project entitled “The Advanced Vehicle Architecture for a Net-Enabled Combat Environment (ADVANCE) Technology Demonstration (TD) Human Factors Engineering (HFE) Definition Project. The purpose of this Report is to detail a preliminary set of User Requirements for the ADVANCE project. This report is submitted by Greenley & Associates Incorporated (G&A) of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada in support of Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC) contract No W7714-030816 Task Number 2005-165.
