Abstract
This report is broadly concerned with the potential benefits of implementing a joint inventory control policy in the Canadian Forces Supply System (CFSS). In particular it examines the effects that the size of the families into which the items are grouped may have on the Supply System workloads and inventory levels, through the use of a simulation model.
