Abstract
Individuals released from the Canadian Forces either at or before their compulsory retirement age usually take up civilian employment. These individuals bring with them the knowledge, skills and experience gained in the Forces. The study examines the benefits to the Canadian economy that come from the civilian employment of personnel released from the Forces.
