Abstract
The clinical safety trial is a 21-day occluded, randomized cumulative irritation trial of a reactive skin decontaminant lotion (RSDL) and the RSDL vehicle in 30 volunteers. After a 2 week rest, subjects will receive a challenge test of each formulation to assess if sensitization occurs.
