Abstract
At the time of proposal of this work, preliminary experiments had already indicated that noise patterns could be complemental to existing techniques during investigations of safety and reliability problems in lead-acid cells. The correlation between noise patterns and the state of the health of lithium cells was proposed for study to explore the possible utility of noise measurements in the field of lithium batteries.
