Abstract
The principal goals were the development of synthetic protocols for the covalent immobilization of phospholipids on metallic and semiconductor devices suitable for electrochemical measurements and characterization of the lipid-anchored surfaces by a host of surface analytical techniques, with special reference to X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
