Abstract
The general conclusion of the study was that O2 decompression procedures with the XDC-2 computers were viable procedures for reducing the in-water decompression times compared to "straight air" decompressions. In addition, the O2 methods appeared to reduce the decompression stress considerably compared to "straight air" dives, although there was some indication that slightly more decompression was required.
