Abstract
The HLLSRF hull representation system describes a ship hull by means of a two-dimensional tensor product B-spline in conjunction with subsidiary splines for describing the deck, the waterline, positions of bilge keels, the sectional area curve, and bow and stern profiles. This document is a user's guide for the program HLLSPL which generates a HLLSRF representation of a hull from a table of offset data.
