Protective Effect of Some Pyridine-Substituted Hydroxamic Acids Against VE and GB

Abstract
Further investigation of hydroxamic acids related to pyridinium acet hydroxamic acid in protection of mice has been carried out by means of a slow intravenous infusion of VE or GB in anesthetised rats. The protection observed was much greater against VE than GB and PAM was the most effective protector.
