Abstract
The extreme variability of Serratia Marcescens under standard experimental conditions is shown. The greater the rate of shaking fluid suspensions of Serratia Marcescens, the greater the percentage survival loss. Of the organisms tested for viability by shaking, Escherichia coli proved the most resistant.
