Abstract
The forecasting of replacement requirements, particularly of new technologies, is becoming an increasingly important element in DND budget planning. However, few systematic techniques are available for this purpose. This report describes the development of an easy-to-use system to assist managers in forecasting these requirements. This system is used to predict the replacement demands for general purpose ADP equipment.
