Abstract
The paper presents a summary assessment of the Iraqi nuclear weapons program on the eve of the Gulf War. In this assessment, three questions are addressed: how extensive was the program; how long would it have been before Iraq had "the bomb"; and, how many nuclear devices could Iraq have produced over time?
