Abstract
The document provides the information required to operate the Battlefield Computer Model (BCM) System, developed by Calian Communications Systems Ltd. for the Department of National Defence. The BCM system simulates the electromagnetic environment and the resulting performance of Combat Net Radio (CNR) links and ESM systems in the dense signal conditions expected in wartime situations. The BCM runs in the Microsoft Windows operating environment under MS-DOS on an 80386-based computer. This manual describes the operation of the BCM system and gives an overview of the Windows environment.
