Abstract
Investigates the ability of chaotic systems to describe catastrophic events which drastically change the relations between actors. Numerical examples of relations between the two nations including the involvement of an international organization were carried out and results show that chaotic systems can, at least, provide a qualitative assessment of the critical conflict states between actors.
