Abstract
The study of the flow dynamics in the Administrative Services (AS) group is intended to establish a methodology that can be used for understanding the various flows within the civilian workforce in the Department of National Defence (DND). The analysis of flow dynamics in this study consists of three phases: a. population trends; b. flows into the inderminate AS population; and c. flows out of the indeerminate AS population.
