Abstract
The operation of the GUI is described in this volume. After reading this Volume, the user should be able to use SBRSIM to design and carry out a variety of experiments associated with radar signal processing on a space-based radar (SBR). SBRSIM allows the user to define the orbit, the antenna, the waveform, the clutter scenario, and the target scenario for a particular experiment or experiments. Once defined, the parameters are fed into the SGS in order to generate (simulate) the radar signals received from the defined SBR. Once generated, these signals are operated on by the SPS which can be set to one of four different baselines: MASR DPCA, ASAR DPCA, STAP, and a Hybrid processor which becomes the benefits of both STAP and DPCA. The processed signals can be analyzed and displayed by SBRSIM.
