Abstract
This research note documents the continuation of a quantitative analysis done in support of a request by the Assistant Deputy Minister (Personnel) to examine gender integration in the Canadian Forces. The report presents a comparative analysis for officers by gender, examining such factors as eligibility, promotions, time in rank, and time in previous rank. Results by occupational group are attached at the Annexes.
