Abstract
The document contains the specification for the interface between the Digital Signal Processor (DSP) and the Testbed in the Space-Based Radar (SBR) Signal Processing Demonstrator (SPD). The SPD is a laboratory-based computer system for the demonstration and validation of SBR signal processing algorithms and real-time digital signal processing hardware. The signal processing demonstrator is organized into two principal subsystems: a DSP subsystem which implements selected signal processing configurations in real-time, and a Testbed subsystem which controls and operates the DSP. The purpose of this interface specification is to define the requirements for information flow and transactions between the two subsystems, and the hardware requirements for the physical connection.
