Abstract
In March 1995, the Canadian Forces conducted a survey to determine numbers of Aboriginal people and members of visible minorities in the Forces. This report analyzes the data received from this survey. Comparisons on ranks for these members with ranks of the Forces as a whole are made. Comparisons of the representation level of the target groups in the CF with the representation levels in the Canadian population are discussed. The information covers both regular force and reserve members.
