Abstract
A powerful iterative method of current stabilization is described which uses FETS in a chain. Zero temperature coefficient for small temperature excursions may be obtained at a certain current value characteristic of the individual transistor. By means of one or two fixed resistors very stable voltages of almost any value may be produced. Measurements on a three FET device show it to be a promising replacement for a standard cell.
