Abstract
The paper describes the Reaction Control Subsystem (RCS) for the Communications Technology Satellite. The mission requirements imposed on the RCS are presented, followed by a discussion of its integration and checkout on the spacecraft. Engine performance is then discussed and data presented. It is concluded that the RCS engines have been successfully developed to operate at the small impulse bits and for the extensive pulse life required by the mission.
