Abstract
Canadian Forces (CF) personnel are encouraged to participate in organized sports as a means of achieving and maintaining a desirable level of physical fitness. The study was undertaken to determine whether CF sport participants were more physically fit than a reference CF population, and to determine which sports most effectively promote physical fitness.
