Abstract
The objective of the work reported was to design, build, test and commission a prototype water chilling system for a hyperbaric chamber that could cool 50 cubic feet of salt water from 70F to 30F within a 12 hour period and maintain the temperature within plus or minus 1F of the set point temperature at a operating pressure of 500 psi.
