Abstract
The report documents two versions of a model developed to analyse the impact of changes in tour lengths, attrition rates, manning levels and training production on posting flows among various job groupings defined by rank and type of employment for the Aerospace Engineering classification. The first version duplicates the existing employment flow profile while the second addresses a proposed dual stream profile. Specific examples are used to illustrate the type of analysis that can be performed with this model.
