Abstract
This report summarizes capillary electrophoresis instrument development and protein labeling chemistry endeavors. It describes: the status of a capillary electrophoresis instrument with laser induced fluorescence detection (CE-LF), continuing efforts directed towards improving separations and labeling technology for proteins, results of interactive experiences with the CE-LF analysis of samples from the JTFII at Dugway, and a preliminary comparison of the different methodologies used for ovalbumin analysis at DRES and the University of Alberta.
