Abstract
The implementation and calibration of a dc potential drop technique on small CT specimens is discussed and the resultant calibration curves are presented. The potential drop technique was used successfully at both room temperature and at 200C and a precision of 0.0524 mm was obtained. The advantages and disadvantages of the technique are also discussed.
