Abstract
The purpose of this report is twofold: (1) To enable the users of NRC mainframe computer (the IBM370) to conduct Weibull Analysis and to plot histograms without having to write FORTRAN programs with graphic capabilities. (2) To show how a safe inspection interval (SII) or time between overhaul (TBO) can be predicted for a set of components such that a damage tolerance based maintenance methodology can be implemented in a probabilistic manner.
