Abstract
The objective of this project was to fabricate and test a circular polarization selective surface (CPSS). The first such surfaces operated in the frequency range of roughly 1 - 2 GHz. The specific purpose of this project was to fabricate and test a CPSS designed to operate at approximately 15 GHz. The work was carried out in three phases. The report provides details of fabrication techniques and experimental results for three different CPSS's.
