Abstract
Canadian BioConcepts Inc, was contracted to screen a number of hybridoma cell lines to determine the viability and utility of each clone in the collective library. This contract had three objectives. The first objective was the propagation and expansion of Canadian hybridoma cell lines as well as the production of ascites fluid and purification and conjugation of the monoclonal antibodies for use in a DRES microtitre sandwich assay. The second objective was to propagate and expand hybridoma cell lines from United States and United Kingdom participants. The third objective involved the purification and characterization of selected BCD antigens, namely Newcastle Disease Virus and Bacillus globigii.
