Abstract
Following a formal evaluation of the Dependents Education Program in Canada, it was determined that there was also a need to study the Dependents Education System overseas. The Directorate of Social and Economic Analysis was tasked to design a study which would evaluate overseas school facilities and the quality, scope and availability of their programs. This report outlines teacher concerns regarding their work and their experiences within the overseas school system. The data is based on teacher responses to general questions on these topics.
