Abstract
At the request of the Senior Committee on Family Violence and Violence Against Women, the Directorate of Social and Economic Analysis conducted a study on family violence and violence against women in the Canadian Force. Causes and incidence of family violence and violence against women were explored through a review of published literature and studies, interviews with personnel from NDHQ and a selection of bases with responsibilities in related areas; and analysis of internal databases.
