Abstract
WAVELOAD is a computer program which has been developed to provide a numerical tool for predicting ship motions, sea loads and the hydrodynamic pressure distributions over the wetted hull surface in the frequency domain. The computations are based on the three-dimensional panel method using zero-speed Green's function with forward speed correction. The m-term effect on the ship motion is considered. This manual describes how to install and operate the WAVELOAD version 1.0 program on a FreeBSD UNIX system. The structure of the input and output data files are described in detail. Example files are also included in this manual.
