Abstract
In the past, user feedback on the suitability of in-service clothing and equipment has been unsystematic and ad hoc, relying on both informal comments from the soldier community and the UCR process. Based on a clear need to improve on the current UCR process. DCIEM has undertaken to develop a standardize, questionnaire survey system for collecting and anlayzing user feedback on clothing and equipment issues - ACCESS.
