Abstract
The objective of the present study was to measure the concentrations of inflammatory cytokines in peritoneal fluid at various times after the induction of infections in our model of experimental peritonitis. More specifically, data are presented that correlate the dynamics of peritoneal cytokines with systemic concentrations and survival outcome.
