Abstract
Low Probability of Intercept (LPI) radar describes a class of radars that have been purposefully designed to be difficult to detect by hostile receivers. This report summarizes some of the LPI techniques and gives examples of currently fielded LPI radars. Several options are investigated that may help a jammer designer develop an architecture that can lead to a capability to detect and jam LPI radars.
