Abstract
The Marginal Analysis Stockpile Planning Program (MASPP) is intended for stockpile planners in the environmental staffs of the Canadian Forces and Army, Navy and Air Force of other NATO nations. It can be used to determine the best-balanced mix of munitions in a multiple simultaneous framework. This user's manual describes the C interface that manages the run time for the MASPP calculation algorithm. The theory behind the calculation algorithm will be documented separately in a Peer Reviewed Project Report.
