Abstract
This contract is continuation of an earlier DCIEM contract (#W711-447225/01-XSE) to review current load carriage (LC) designs and knowledge of LC systems and to develop a validated measurement system for LC assessment. The overall objectives of this contract were to develop improved assessment tools and to use these tools in further development of a valid and reliable measurement procedure for military LC assessment. The specific objectives are defined in each of Sections (A-E) which are bound as separate.
