Abstract
The computer program SEALOADS version 1.1 is able to predict the nonlinear ship motions as well as hydrodynamic pressure distribution and sea loads on the hull in the time-domain. The program consists of four independent sub-programs: RAD to compute the response function due to radiated waves; DIF to compute the response function due to diffracted waves; DAMP to compute the roll damping coefficients; and SEALOAD, the main program, to compute the ship motions, pressure and sea loads. This manual describes the installation and operation of SEALOADS version 1.1 on a FreeBSD UNIX system. The structure and format of input and output data files are described, and example files are also provided in this manual.
