Abstract
The paper presents computer aided design models for millimeter wave broadside coupled suspended and inverted microstrip lines. The models have been obtained from the results of conformal transtormation, analogy of the odd mode with quasi TEM mode of shielded microstrip line and logarithmic regression of Spectral domain results. Effects of finite strip thickness have been taken into account. The present mode will be vital to the CAD of MM-Wave directional Couplers, DC blocks and various other E-plane circuits.
