Abstract
This document is a report from Greenley & Associates Incorporated submitted as the final deliverable on a project conducting an independent analysis of Science and Technology (S&T) support to air warfare Concept Development and Experimentation (CD&E) and to provide an evaluation of DRDC Valcartier’s proposal to provide S&T support to air warfare CD&E. The report has been written in response to Solicitation Number W7701-041656/A. The objective of this project was to analyse the requirements and characteristics of Science and Technology (S&T) support to air warfare CD&E and to evaluate DRDC Valcartier’s proposal to provide S&T support to air warfare CD&E in light of this analysis. A series of recommendations have been made regarding the insertion of S&T expertise into the CD&E process, that while directed at the air warfare centre are applicable to the CD&E process in general.
