- Abstract
- The work has successfully evaluated the basic principles associated with DREO Report 871 (DSIS 84-01100) ESM architecture extended to included tracking features. It illustrates the significant potential of multiprocessor systems for ESM signal processing and emitter tracking particularily where a modular expandable architecture is desirable to provide cost/performance tradeoffs for a broad set of applications. It also uncovered a set of VME bus related problems which were unexpected.
