The approach outlined in the Module Work Plan (MWP) requires reports specific to applicable tasks rather than a single report occuring at the end of Phase 1 as outlined in the Request for Proposal’s (RFP) Statement of Work (SOW). During the visit to North Bay (November 17, 1994, 1030 hrs) a meeting was conducted with Defence Research Establishment Valcartier (DREV) representatives in which it was re-iterated that the MWP approach was preferable to the SOW approach. Thus, the approach to be utilized will be to design the necessary Phase 1 reports in relation to the requirements of each applicable task as outlined in the SOW and MWP, while considering, if appropriate, the items referenced in System Requirements Definition (PS20-a). It is understood that PS20-a might not be entirely appropriate due to its strong Air Defence Plan (ADP) focus, however, in consideration of PS-20a, this report could be considered the equivalent of PS-20a Item c and this section (Section 1) is the equivalent of PS-20a Item a.
