Abstract
From March 1999 to November 2000, researchers from Canada (CA) and the United States (US) worked in close collaboration to develop a test and evaluation (T&E) protocol in order to assess the performance of personal protective equipment (PPE) against the effects of antipersonnel (AP) blast mines. This report recommends the protocol developed as a standard for upper body PPE testing against blast anti-personnel landmines.
