The Sand Bag Carry Task is also discussed in Section B; and where appropriate, discussion of other fitness measures and task performances are presented. The main conclusions derived from the report are those concerning recommendations for minimum EXPRES scores required by CF personnel in order to meet reasonable task performance levels.
