- Abstract
- The Hierarchical Object Oriented Developer’s Toolkit (HOODTK or simply HOOD) is a large database of C++ code created by the Virtual Naval Platforms group at Defence Research and Development Canada – Atlantic for use in developing engineering software applications. This manual addresses many of the features common to all HOOD applications. The intended audience is first time users, as well as those who may have only limited experience with HOOD applications. It explains the basic functions common to all applications developed with HOOD and provides step by step instructions for some of the more complicated operations.
