Abstract
This letter report presents an augmented network map of the federal resilience stakeholder community, together with an analysis of stakeholder feedback on a set of principles proposed for guiding the development of a national resilience strategy. In March 2013, researchers from Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Centre for Security Science (CSS) administered a survey at the Interdepartmental Workshop on Resilience organized by Public Safety (PS) Canada. The results of the survey analysis were presented to PS Canada1. Since the original survey captured only a small subset of stakeholders working in the area of resilience, DRDC CSS researchers administered a second targeted, electronic survey (Annex A). The research team analyzed the survey data and used the additional information to add to the work that was previously completed.
