This letter report presents a multi-layer meta-network (Annex A) that links projects, programs, and activities contributing to building resilience, to organizations, and to legislation and policy instruments, primarily at the federal level. This multi-layer network represents a continuation of work previously reported , , .In this letter report, researchers from Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) Centre for Security Science (CSS)have consolidated an analysis of all the network information collected to date, in support of a multi-phase study on resilience at the request of the Technical Integration Group Engaged in Research on Resilience (TIGER Team) at Public Safety (PS) Canada. The end goal of this study is to contribute to the evidence-base for the development of a national resilience strategy, by using network analysis to identify linkages within the domain of resilience.
