Abstract
The effect of soman poisoning in rabbits on hematological parameters (RBC, WBC, platelets and hematocrit), coagulation parameters (prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time, thrombin time, fibrinogen, factor V, factor VII and factor XI) and blood biochemistry (albumin, protein, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase, aspartate aminotransferase, BUN, cholinesterase, calcium, cholesterol, triglycerides, creatinine phosphokinase, creatinine, hydroxybutyrate dehydrogenase, magnesium and amylase) were determined at 1,2,4, 24 and 48 hr after poisoning.
