Abstract
An important aspect of radar tracking systems is the problem of deciding which returns should be used for updating the tracks. The report describes several methods which may be utilized and the evaluation of those methods by Monte Carlo simulation. An important result of the project is the discovery of two new, very efficient association techniques.
