Abstract
The report summarizes the work performed by Ballistech Systems Incorporated (BSI). The 1.8 m diameter Blast Tube facility at the Defence Research Establishment Suffield (DRES) required upgrading to provide operational capability during winter and to provide facilities for target model testing. To satisfy the winter operation requirement, cover structures were designed and constructed for the compressor, driver, and reserve bottle sections of the Blast Tube facility. To satisfy the target testing requirement, a test table for target mounting was designed and fabricated for installation in the test section of the Blast Tube.
